Every Bi-Rite Creamery flavor and new item Kris creates is centered around celebrating and recapturing a happy memory using the most delicious, responsibly sourced ingredients.

At Bi-Rite we make all our ice cream by hand, in small batches, AND we make everything that goes into our ice cream, including the brownies, chocolate cookies, marshmallows, almond toffee, and the cake soaked in espresso and brandy for our Tiramisu.

We have delicious housemade toppings to jazz up your ice cream, including graham crackers, spiced pecans, as well as decadent dark chocolate hot fudge and salted caramel sauces to top it all off.
